About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Store Manager to join our fast-growing retail startup. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our enchanting bespoke goddess crowns, hair accessories, and jewelry creations to life and fostering a magical shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of our boutique, ensuring seamless functioning with our signature ambience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management or sales, and a passion for our brand and its values is essential.
- Have the ability to make customers and team members feel seen, valued, and empowered.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Share our passion for jewelry and accessories, embodying the magic of fashion trends and timeless elegance.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
