SALES SPECIALIST - REMOTE BASED OUT OF INDIANA

THE SALES SPECIALIST...
  • Manages an existing sustained customer base with a minimum sustained territory size of $10 million up to $20 million. Territory will include transactional and strategic accounts.
  • Generates a minimum of 15% new profitable sales each fiscal year.
  • Spends at least 50% of time focusing on growth through new & existing customers via new and existing products.
  • Manages time and territory in conjunction with manager on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALES SPECIALIST
  • Travel within the territory of Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan is required.
  • High School Diploma required. Four-year college degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales/relationship management experience.
  • Experience in medical markets is a plus.
  • Customer Focused. Experience responding to customers and investigates with assistance from others as needed.
  • Strong goal and results orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Aware of costs and assists in controlling costs related to own work.
  • Knowledge of product offerings, product functionality, and applications.
  • Proficient knowledge of markets and pricing practices/policies.
