SALES SPECIALIST - REMOTE BASED OUT OF INDIANA
THE SALES SPECIALIST...
- Manages an existing sustained customer base with a minimum sustained territory size of $10 million up to $20 million. Territory will include transactional and strategic accounts.
- Generates a minimum of 15% new profitable sales each fiscal year.
- Spends at least 50% of time focusing on growth through new & existing customers via new and existing products.
- Manages time and territory in conjunction with manager on a bi-weekly basis.
- Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Travel within the territory of Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan is required.
- High School Diploma required. Four-year college degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of sales/relationship management experience.
- Experience in medical markets is a plus.
- Customer Focused. Experience responding to customers and investigates with assistance from others as needed.
- Strong goal and results orientation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Aware of costs and assists in controlling costs related to own work.
- Knowledge of product offerings, product functionality, and applications.
- Proficient knowledge of markets and pricing practices/policies.
