A company is looking for an Account Manager I - Enterprise to drive revenue growth within a designated book of business.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities within an assigned customer base
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Maintain account forecasting and ensure customer satisfaction aligned with retention strategies

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software sales experience, preferably in Human Capital Management
Documented success in driving revenue growth across an existing customer base
Experience selling to C-level executives, particularly CHROs
BA/BS degree strongly preferred
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
