Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and ensure accurate recording and management of inventory control procedures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance inventory management and accuracy.
  3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Create and execute inventory budget and forecasting processes for cost-effective management.
  5. Track inventory movement and reconcile any variances.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory management operations.
  7. Develop and enforce inventory management policies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
  7. Proven experience in inventory budgeting, forecasting, and management.
  8. Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
