As an Inventory Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
About the Job:
The Inventory Management Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits
- Perform physical counts and reconcile discrepancies between actual stock and system data
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management processes to reduce costs and improve productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management
Requirements:
- 6-12 months of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Prior experience with ERP systems, such as Syspro
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
