Job Title: Business Development Representative We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined market through networking, cold calling and implementation of a defined sales process.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and gaining an in-depth knowledge of the clients needs.Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients.Drive growth by utilizing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track interactions, manage leads, forecast sales and execute our defined sales process.Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's. Qualifications:Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the staffing industry.Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.Networking skills and the ability to cultivate new business opportunities through industry connections.Experience in using CRM systems to manage leads and track activity.Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.Excellent organization and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.#talroowausau
