Join our Finance and Accounting division to provide support to our Accounts Receivable Team. Use your strong people skills and desire to help others to support various functions that will assist the team in maintaining current and accurate accounts receivable information.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, using your problem-solving and research skills to assist domestic or international customers in a variety of industries. This position has advancement potential within the department and other areas throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain statement of accounts for assigned customers
  2. Application of customer remittances
  3. Ensure credit memos are applied properly to customer accounts
  4. Communicate with customers by phone and electronic correspondence
  5. Complete credit reviews for new and existing customers
  6. Assist with review of current policies and procedures
Requirements
  1. 1+ years of relevant experience
  2. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  3. Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks to meet deadlines
  4. Ability to identify a problem or improvement opportunity and take appropriate action
  5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
Recommended Qualifications
  1. Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
  2. Experience working in accounts receivable in a business setting
  3. Familiarity of SAP or equivalent ERP system
  4. Experience in collection in account management

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $18 - $24 USD.
