Director of Business Development

We seek to hire a driven entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to assist us in our next level of growth. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and organizing all aspects of tasks related to Company Business Development and Acquisition. The Director of Business Development is a key component of The Company’s continued growth and as such there is a huge potential for personal and professional growth in this role. Competitive compensation commensurate to experience with long-term potential for incentives.
Business Development:- Work in partnership with the team on underwriting and due diligence efforts for new investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with different institutions, real estate agents, and Cities Officials within the Commercial Real Estate and Residential Homes Sector.
- Identify and fully evaluate opportunities that fall within the scope of the company’s business plan.
- Once a project is identified, the Business Development Representative will build a feasibility study and present it to the President for approval of the project.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and market feedback.
- Work closely with the Construction Team and Financial Team to ensure projects align with the vision.
- Provide necessary skills to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate business development opportunities to meet objectives of the company.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Real Estate experience required.
- Computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related software is desirable.
- Ability to maintain schedules and drive revenue.
- Proforma and P&L responsibility preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to work closely with team members.
- Must be able to travel (drive) to all locations regularly.
- High School or better (Required)
- Bachelors or better (Preferred)
- IN Real Estate Brokers LC (Required)
- Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest.
- Team Player: Works well as a member of a group.
- Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help.
