We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced, dynamic leader with a strong record of driving operational and sales success of a multi-location territory in South Texas / Houston Area to lead as the Oil Change District Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations of Sparkling Image Express Oil Change and oil change centers driving the execution of outstanding customer care and business standards, building customer loyalty by providing outstanding service and developing your location managers and service center personnel to deliver superior professional service every day. Importantly, this position requires intelligent leadership and ability to work closely with regional management teams to create and execute a joint strategy for mutual success.

Job Responsibilities

The district manager will oversee and direct all activities of operations in the region to achieve operational performance targets. Lead and direct each quick lube manager by setting goals for continuously driving improved customer service, high quality professional services and financial performance. Ensure site managers are focused on priorities and are building their teams to maximize results. Provide sales leadership to ensure all selling standards, opportunities and expectations are being met.

Follow through to hold site managers accountable for safety, operational compliance and for exceeding customer service expectations. Ensure service centers are living the company values and treating our customers and employees with dignity and respect and continually providing an “Impressed” level of service. Deliver business results by appropriately coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees - and helping service center managers do the same.

This is a key full-time exempt level (salaried) position which requires daily “hands-on” management including regular visits and significant time spent at the locations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 5-6 days per week (45-55 hours)
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Regular visits to stores and frequent local travel between stores
  • Ability to personally perform auto services and teach technical skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing multiple units and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and motivating management and unit personnel to achieve/exceed financial goals.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) proficiency
