Essential Job Functions of Help Desk Technician:
- Provide technical assistance
- Troubleshoot and support issues related to computer systems, software, and regularly monitor the internal help desk system for pending tickets
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem and help walk customer through problem-solving
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolves
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
- Document all incidents and occurrences using clear, concise, and detailed notes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients
- Basic understanding and knowledge of networking technologies
- Proficient with Windows and Mac OS
- Ability to work and learn independently
- O365, Active Directory and Salesforce experience a PLUS
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must have clean DMV
