Essential Job Functions of Help Desk Technician:

  • Provide technical assistance
  • Troubleshoot and support issues related to computer systems, software, and regularly monitor the internal help desk system for pending tickets
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem and help walk customer through problem-solving
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolves
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
  • Document all incidents and occurrences using clear, concise, and detailed notes
Ideal Help Desk Technician will possess the following skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of networking technologies
  • Proficient with Windows and Mac OS
  • Ability to work and learn independently
Requirements of the Help Desk Technician :
  • O365, Active Directory and Salesforce experience a PLUS
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Must have clean DMV
