We seek a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Client Insights Manager to join us at VizSense.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Client Insights Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing client influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and support our business objectives. You will be responsible for the overall campaign management, including market research, target audience segmentation, influencer content development and execution, digital marketing campaign performance and tactical recommendations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results.

You will also be able to work with a diverse and talented team, leverage cutting-edge marketing tools and technologies and contribute to developing impactful, audience-focused marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with client business objectives, target audiences and budgets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling influencer content that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.
  • Collaborating with our research team and analyzing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviors.
  • Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Leveraging social marketing channels to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
  • Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful content assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell, leveraging customer relationships.
  • Stay updated with the marketing and social trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
  • 5+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role.
  • Remote, but able to commute to local offices when needed.
  • Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, post schedulers and web analytic tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills:

  • A master's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, SMM and other strategies.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and marketing compliance regulations.
