ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Enhance departmental effectiveness by: answering multiple-line phones; preparing documents, correspondence, and formal letters; processing reports and payment requests; performing general office duties such as including data entry and filing; and by verbally communicating in English and Spanish. Organize departmental information by maintaining database records, to include data entry. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing customer service to internal/external customers. Contribute to the team effort by serving as backup for other support personnel. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending departmental required training workshops. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position requires a High School Diploma or GED with minimum of one (1) year of related experience. A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered. Spanish speakers preferred.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
