APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

Successful candidates must be tech-savvy, proficient in CRM systems, hold themselves to a high standard of excellence and have the ability to problem-solve under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of scheduling and logistical organization for incoming leads and follow-up.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and perform all necessary follow-up tasks to ensure every appointment is a success.
- Engage with a diverse client base with ease and professionalism.
- Analyze data, understand processes, identify needs and proactively resolve issues.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
Requirements
Candidates must be highly capable in the following: adaptability, resourcefulness, analytical thinking/problem-solving, proactivity, organizational and time management, business acumen, and written and verbal communication.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via phone, email and text.
- Provide exceptional service and engage with a diverse client base across all platforms.
- Available to work in our office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
- Seeking a long-term position within a company in which they can grow professionally.
Ideal candidates will possess all of the above, as well as have a special knack for handling objections and uncomfortable conversations with ease and professionalism.
Candidates with previous positions in customer services, client engagement, customer support, lead generation, call center management, and lead coordination are also preferred.
