This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering the **St. Luke's Wood River Family Medicine Clinic** . This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).

**What you can expect from this role:**

+ Registration, scheduling, and referral coordination for patients

+ Discussions on financial options and/or explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates

+ Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows

+ Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications for this Role:**

+ Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
