Job Summary
At St. Luke's Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration, scheduling, and referral coordination for patients
- Discuss financial options and/or explain insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates
- Utilize various technologies, tools, and resources to support departmental workflows
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
