Required Qualifications:
+ Two-year Associate Degree in health science OR Coursework equivalent to an Associate's degree AND 5 or more years relevant experience in a clinical lab setting
+ 2-3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or a large specimen processing section of a laboratory
+ 1-2 years of computer experience
+ 1-2 years customer service experience
+ Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently and make sound business decisions.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to persuade, motivate, and tactfully resolve outstanding issues and conflicts.
+ Excellent problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent
+ Experience working in a call center
+ Experience working in a clinic and/or hospital setting
+ Knowledge of Epic system
