FACILITY OPERATION SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will develop, plan, and coordinate repair/renovation initiatives and requirements. * You will input work requests into a computer (e.g., MAXIMO) to manage facility operations projects. * You will brief customers on the different facility processes (e.g., requesting work, funding jobs, policies) concerning an organization. * You will attend contractor site visits, pre-construction meetings, and required interim meetings. * You will coordinate field inspections to complete facility maintenance projects. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
