Duties * Provide executive administrative control for staff actions and executive correspondence to effectively manage the programs/missions. * Review actions for conformance with guidance, thoroughness, content, tone, and security markings to ensure issues are properly answered. * Provide advice and information on all organizational policies and administrative regulations and advises of any changes. * Monitor all actions through completion, providing assistance and direction as requested. * Researches appropriate DoD protocol instructions and regulations. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Reviewing administrative tasks in relation to travel, personnel actions, and special projects to determine appropriateness to meet Command's mission; (2) Coordinates center wide events based on appropriate DoD instructions and regulations; (3) Preparing senior correspondence to meet guidelines and regulations; and (4) Knowledge of appropriate DoD protocol regulations and instructions.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
