Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating the contractor's work against measurable performance standards by applying assessment methods; 2) Monitoring contractor performance work on facilities, systems and infrastructure of complex technical nature to include utilities systems (electrical, water, sewer, wastewater), industrial HVAC and controls, fire protection, etc.; 3) Monitoring operations to determine if work schedules are being followed by contractors; 4) Ensuring contractors follow the proper safety principles, practices, regulations, and standards applicable to the base operations support functions; 5) Planning, organizing, and facilitating the necessary performance meetings with the customer and the contractor to help maintain mutual understandings.
