SUPERVISORY POLICE OFFICER with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY POLICE OFFICER in the FORCE PROTECTION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL AIR STATION OCEANA SECURITY DETA. Duties * You will Identify law enforcement employee development needs to verify performance goals are met. * You will create work schedules for police officers to maintain adequate coverage at all times. * You will counsel employees on police work and administrative matters. * You will assign work to law enforcement employees based on priorities and individual capabilities. * You will recommend promotions, reassignments, training, awards, or disciplinary actions for law enforcement staff.
