Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our production, warehouse, and sanitation departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, and sanitation, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Production Operations: Manage daily production schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality. Monitor production KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Manage Warehouse Operations: Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, and warehouse layout optimization. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Direct Sanitation Efforts: Develop and implement sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Comply with all food safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Supervise and mentor staff in production, warehouse, and sanitation departments. Foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards across all departments. Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production and warehouse equipment. Schedule preventive maintenance and address equipment breakdowns promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production, warehouse, or sanitation environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
