Location: New York, NY

Hours: 37.5 weekly

Duration: 6 months+

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour


Essential Duties

  • Scan and upload filed UCC-1s and UCC-3s to system of record
  • Prepare and mail UCC-1s and UCC-3s
  • Address any UCC-1s or UCC-3s where the municipality is requesting a correction
  • Provide payoff letter for awardees seeking to repay award
  • Collection of required documents to consider forgiveness or subordination from awardees seeking repayment
  • Monitor and address inquiries to the organization’s servicing email
  • Manage a pipeline of assigned cases; run reports
  • Data entry
  • Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of mortgage servicing experience or at least three years of administrative work in a professional setting
  • Minimum of two years providing customer service
  • Superior analytical, oral, and written communication skills, with ability to present information in easily understandable text
  • Ability to be empathetic to awardee circumstances and build rapport with applicants
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed
  • Ability to travel
