Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Seymour, IN. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for conducting quality engineering, control, and assurance activities. They will ensure product quality and manage quality standards and processes within the company. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to quality management and continuous improvement.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Machanical, or Polymer Engineering or related field
  • Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience in managing product quality and implementing quality management systems
  • Knowledge of quality standards and processes
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
