Description

Reporting directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve processes
  • Work closely with production staff of manufacturing floor to support the improvement and maintenance of processes
  • Effectively execute on continuous improvement projects
  • Lead activities in process and test and product design improvements
  • Emphasize importance of product quality
  • Create and maintain documentation

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, manufacturing, or other relevant technical engineering discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in the medical device space
  • Leadership Experience including leading people, mentoring people, owning/leading projects
  • Manual and automated assembly experience
  • Job consistency
