Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to meet company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance meets our quality standards and delivery requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and supply chain data to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective procurement solutions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to procurement and supplier performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a procurement or buying role, with a track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
