About the Role
This opening is for a Member of the Technical Staff and/or Director, RF Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Participates in the conceptualization, modeling, analysis, development, documentation, and test/validation of semiconductor equipment.
- Develops and execute test plans that generate characterization data sufficient to understand and validate the performance of the design.
- Provide RF expertise to validate requirements and support next generation semiconductor equipment.
- Strong knowledge of RF system design concepts and RF delivery in the semiconductor industry.
- Work with other teams and suppliers to continuously improve technology, performance, and productivity.
- RF device modeling and circuit design.
- Responsible for conducting RF test development and execution, device-level reliability failure mechanisms and testing.
- Experience RF electrical characterization techniques and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Exceptional data analysis, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with complicated internal or customer problems under deadline pressure in a highly dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of working with CAD tools (in particular CREO) and SAP.
- Self-motivated and be able to take initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
