This role combines bookkeeping, operational tracking, and customer/vendor engagement. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
  • Track key operational metrics and KPIs to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers and vendors regarding inquiries, payments, and documentation.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
