Duties & Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial analysis every month after closing the book by the accounting team, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations. Use financial models and forecasting techniques to predict future financial performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast and explain variances.
  • Cost Analysis: Perform cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support for operational decision-making. Assist in the development of business cases for new projects and initiatives.
  • Financial Systems: Utilize financial software and systems for data analysis and reporting. Ensure data integrity and accuracy. You may have to improve the system as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and systems.


Education/Experience:

  • Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Required minimum 0-3 years of experience
  • Required strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn new information.
