Responsibilities:

  • Support to supervisors on nonunion job descriptions
  • Assist with coordination and communication regarding the non-union classification system
  • Provide recommendations on non-union classification grading & associated compensation formula
  • Coordinate step placement applications, gathering necessary information, providing rationale, organizing decision making process, coordinating transactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in HR
  • Preferably more years working in HR, as a business partner, business analyst, classification/compensation, HRIS background
  • Excellent writing skills
