Responsibilities of the Tenant Services Coordinator:

  • Support tenants on various questions and projects
  • Manage payroll and invoicing of tenants and vendors
  • Manage and monitor vendors including insurance, contracts, contact info, scheduling, etc
  • Assist on project-based work as needed within the office
  • Help coordinate and set up large group meetings and events as necessary
  • Support upper management with various administrative projects


Qualifications of the Tenant Services Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four year university or college
  • Prior internship or office experience
  • Previous property management experience (residential or commercial) preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to changes in workload or priorities
