OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Supervisor of Planning and Analysis to oversee service delivery and manage transformational corporate initiatives. The person is expected to identify solutions that meet corporate objectives and support end-to-end customer relationships through strategic and efficient leadership.


DUTIES:


  • Oversee program management of business improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction survey to ensure established KPIs are met.
  • Identify new collaboration or service delivery opportunities for company and drive coordination across different Departments to develop or amend service agreements as needed.
  • Collaborate with company leadership team and their direct reports to deliver corporate objectives and implement ongoing projects.
  • Develop management briefs or reports on behalf of Office of the President for executives.
  • Provide input to update company processes and procedures based on industry best practices, audit recommendations, or transformational programs.
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration throughout the company (including subsidiary and off-shore organizations) to discuss, advise and provide counsel on company business, operating and capital plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • University degree in business or technical field.
  • 5 to 10 years of working experience as a consultant or in a similar role with service-oriented mindset.
  • 5 to 15 years of working experience in energy industry across the value chain.
  • Strong analytical skills with strategic perspective and proficiency in program or project management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive-level interactions.
