Position: HR Admin
Location: Central San Diego
Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hr
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to grow with our organization. As the HR Assistant you will help with multiple HR functions including: employee engagement, onboarding, benefits and recruiting. As a national organization recognized for our strong culture we are a very busy Human Resources department
Job Duties:
Support HR Team including HRIS Supervisor and HR Director
Manage employee records, help maintain accurate records
Update HRIS records as needed
Help maintain positive work environment and support employee relations
Assist payroll with addressing time and attendance issues from timecards
Support Recruiting with scheduling interviews and approving reqs for posting
Help with onboarding paperwork and new hire training
Offer general administrative support the HR team as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Human Resource experience
Microsoft Office skills and previous HRIS experience
Strong communication and service skills as first HR contact for coworkers
