The Inside Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.


Key Responsibilities:

• The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and supervise the inside sales administration process

• Oversee all programs and activities of the Inside Sales Team

• Work directly with outside sales account managers and inside sales representatives to assist in establishing new and maintaining existing customer relationships and generating new business

• Provide monthly sales reports

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts using provided information

• Prepare quotations

• Effectively utilize requisition worksheet to place purchase orders

• Monitor inventory and request any necessary material expedites


Qualifications:

• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree-preferred

• 3+ years inside sales management experience

• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

• Ability to train and coach others

• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Experience with CRM software

• Proficient in MS Office products with intermediate/advanced level Excel skills

• Advanced mathematical aptitude

• Ability to read blueprints and calculate square inch of geometries

• Excellent numeracy skills for accurate calculation of sales prices, discounts, and percentages

• Exemplary customer service skills

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
