Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at ABQ Skin Care & Acne Clinic. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing office equipment, handling communication, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and attire is required. Must be presentable and able to work with an array of clients.
- Communicating with potential clients about our available programs for acne, age management, or microneedling services.
- Scheduling and rescheduling clients.
- Positive attitude and easy to work with.
- Assisting clients with retail sales.
- Offering financial programs like Cherry and Care Credit.
- Selling skin care packages and skin care products.
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in operating office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the skincare or healthcare industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check.
