Luxury brand is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who will support the marketing and communications teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Assists with implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Helps schedule and coordinate a monthly brainstorming meeting to plan for a monthly social media, editorial, marketing and blog calendar.
  • Provides engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
  • Responds to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Increases the number of followers on all channels by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates.
  • Use company scheduling account to schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
  • Monitors and reports on feedback via social media and websites
  • Test social media advertisements and reports on findings.
  • Assists with monthly Social Media Reporting
  • Organizes and participates in events to build community and boosts brand awareness.
  • Coordinates with Marketing and Public Relations (PR) teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaises with various departments to stay updated on new products and features.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management


Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2 years experience in social media management
  • 2 years experience working as a Social Media Coordinator
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite
  • Thrived in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
