Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in technology transactions experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions, especially within the life sciences sector.
  • Law firm experience is required.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong communication skills; team focused.
  • State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.


Additional details

This position involves working with technology and life sciences companies in the licensing of patents and advancing therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials towards regulatory approval.
