  • Make an Impact The Digital Experience Project Manager will be responsible for the orchestration of workflow, deliverables, priorities, and projects implemented in the Digital Experience Group (DEG). This role will actively manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and prioritization across content and development teams, as well as intake from key stakeholders in Marketing and other areas of the organization. Throughout the project’s life cycle, the project manager keeps the project moving forward, focusing on task completion, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and meeting the outcomes and goals of the project.

Position: Digital Experience Project Manager

Essential Accountabilities

  • Analytics reporting and data analysis experience.
  • Produce insightful analysis on engagement data and metrics.
  • Implement and maintain Project Management and Agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and reduce time-to-market.
  • Support the development of analytics data visualizations with charts and dashboards using Tableau and other platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and project management skills and foster a positive team environment.
  • Serves as the focal point for project communications. Develops and executes a communications plan to keep stakeholders, staff members, and executives informed of project progress.
  • Understands marketing and web data and analytics and supports the development of dashboards and readouts.
  • Present data and insights in a compelling and persuasive manner.


Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Certified ScrumMaster and/or Agile practitioner preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize automation processes, enhance productivity, and reduce time-to-market.
  • Understanding of the website development life cycle, supporting technical development efforts, defining business requirements, managing project tickets and priorities, and delivering upon a backlog of user needs and strategic objectives.
  • Experience in building and leading teams towards the accomplishment of business goals and objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for Agile, automation, continuous learning, and keeping up with industry trends.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of recent healthcare /information systems experience.
  • 3 years of recent project management experience.
  • Experience working with and managing vendor relationships, resource management and balancing of workloads.
  • Excellent relationship, interpersonal, influencing, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in building and leading teams towards the accomplishment of business goals and objectives.
  • Professional individual and acts as a positive role model demonstrating a professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated possessing a sense of urgency and a bias to action.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required

Licensures/Certifications:

Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
