Lead a team specializing in Total Rewards, Payroll, and Expense Configuration within Workday; manage end-to-end configuration processes from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Requires three years of academic studies toward a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or another closely related field, or a Bachelor's degree in the same field; and three years of experience in job offered or as HR Systems Analyst and/or Project Engineer. Background in education, training or experience must include experience configuring Total Rewards, Payroll, and Expense Management in Workday; strong understanding of compensation and benefits programs and practices, payroll processes, and expense management processes; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while managing complex processes; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Less than 5% domestic travel required.
