Position Summary:

Beautytap is seeking an experienced and driven VP of Sales to lead our sales initiatives and drive monthly sales results. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our sales team, developing robust sales strategies, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in the beauty industry. The candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of digital solutions in the beauty sector, possessing the drive to both hunt for new opportunities and close significant deals. Ideal candidate will have existing relationships with global brands like L’Oreal, Unilever, Estee Lauder, LVMH, and others.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the beauty industry.
  • Manage key accounts and cultivate relationships with decision-makers across beauty brands, ranging from indie to global entities.
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to organize sales efforts, track team performance, and ensure a streamlined sales process.
  • Create compelling sales materials and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our digital solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both Beautytap and our clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to continuously refine sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital solutions within the beauty industry, including content packages, UGC video, and perception studies.
  • Attend conferences nationwide with business development goals 


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales within the beauty and aesthetics industry, specifically selling digital solutions.
  • Competent level of digital solutions and IT knowledge
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving team performance.
  • Strong network of decision-maker relationships within the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and the development of sales materials and strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Agency background is a plus.
  • Hunter mentality with a strong closing ability and experience in negotiating contracts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the beauty industry and its unique needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
