Sales Support Specialist

Role Summary:

  • Provide customer support by assisting with application processes, gathering necessary information, and completing forms.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, communicating with internal departments to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter applicant data into CRM, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Notify applicants of missing information.
  • Communicate plan details clearly over the phone.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain professionalism.
  • Utilize various software programs, including Salesforce, Outlook, and WebEx.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
