Salary: $50-70k per year


Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both accounts receivable and payable, combined with excellent organizational and leadership skills. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and financial health of our operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Handle all aspects of accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, processing payments, and managing account ledgers. Ensure accurate financial reporting and assist in budget preparation.
  • Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office activities, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain an organized office environment.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance and training to new hires.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate filing systems for all receipts, invoices, and other important documents.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts to optimize costs, and ensure timely supply of office materials.
  • Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets, and provide management with feedback on financial health, improvements, and ongoing issues.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, or similar administrative role with emphasis on financial processes.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in Office Administration or Finance is a plus.
