 Job Description 

 

We are searching for a project coordinator to oversee the development and implementation of programs that support our client’s social goals for multifamily customers. The project coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that the organization's products or services are environmentally friendly and socially responsible, while also meeting the customer expectations and the business goals. The project coordinator also contributes to the organization's reputation and competitiveness in the market. 

 

 

The project coordinator manages a project from start to finish, which involves: 

 

  • Developing and presenting project proposals, plans, and budgets to clients and stakeholders, based on the analysis of the market trends, customer needs, and business objectives 
  • Coordinating and communicating with internal and external teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to execute the project according to the agreed scope, schedule, and quality 
  • Researching and applying for any available rebates, incentives, or financing options from utility companies, government agencies, or other sources that can reduce the cost of the project 
  • Communicate with the customers regularly to see approval for pending proposals and bids. 
  • Monitoring and controlling the progress and performance of the project using various tools and methods, such as data analysis, surveys, audits, reports, etc. 
  • Resolving any issues or risks that may arise during the project development process, such as technical problems, regulatory compliance, stakeholder feedback, etc. 
  • Reporting and documenting the project status, results, and outcomes to the clients and stakeholders, and ensuring their satisfaction and acceptance 
  • Evaluating and recommending improvements to the project development process and practices, based on the feedback and data collected from the project 
  • Work alongside leadership to execute the project for the customers 
  • Prepare a final report package that contains the final invoice and the required documents for signatures according to the program. 
  • Use company camera to obtain field photos of before, during, and after results 
  • Implement and maintain a project tracker that is presentable to upper management that provides details on project values and status  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction or related field preferred 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus 
  • PMP certification is a plus.
