We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Supervise and direct construction teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals to ensure projects are completed to the required standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and that any variances are addressed promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including EPA and SWPPP requirements.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, technology, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and P-6 Scheduling.
