Working on behalf of a multi-subsidiary manufacturing client, we are conducting a search for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner. You will play a pivotal role in driving their go-to-market strategy by being part of a dynamic world-class talent acquisition team. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition you will collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment for professional level, exempt and non-exempt positions through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding to align with our client’s growth strategy.


As a Sr. TA Specialist, your role will include:

  • Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to research, sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of open position
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to build robust talent pipelines for all roles assigned
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit for both role and company culture
  • Building strong partnerships with company leadership to understand business needs and talent requirements


This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on professional level roles in multi-disciplinary functions (ie; supply chain, engineering, accounting, finance, human resources, operations, and IT )
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding recruiting metrics and KPIs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  • A passion for identifying top talent and driving business growth


Requirements for role:

  • Undergraduate degree with at least 5+ years’ experience in professional recruitment
  • Experience in either in-house for a large multi-faceted business or experience in a professional recruitment firm, either retained, contained or contingency
  • Must have deep experience in sourcing and candidate identification, cold calling passive prospects to introduce opportunities
  • System savvy professional that is not afraid of new tools and software.
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Office located downtown Houston.
