  • Program Management Office Leadership: Establish and oversee a PMO dedicated to Talent Acquisition, including vendor oversight and resource allocation.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate and synchronize project efforts, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, and Workday System.

Daily Responsibilities:
