Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the financial performance of lending operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive financial decision-making and support business growth.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to support scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and transparency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in a financial leadership role within the consumer lending industry.
  • Proven track record of supporting funding initiatives and managing investor relations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in the lending sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial controls, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
