The Regional Manager is a leader within the communities they oversee. They build and maintain great teams and a solid tenant base. The ideal candidate lives in Columbus, OH metro area.Salary up to $110,000/yr. plus $12,000/yr. bonus potential* 100% premiums paid for medical and dental (employee only coverage)* 100% premiums paid for basic life insurance, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and employee assistance program.* 100% premiums paid for Telemedicine (if elect medical coverage)* 20% discount on rent in our communities* 401k match up to 6%* 3 weeks PTO for 1st year* Employer HSA contribution (if selected High Deductible medical plan)* 10 paid holidaysWhat we need from you:* 5+ years‘ experience in site-based property management of large residential portfolios (500+ units)* 3+ years‘ experience in multi-site residential management* Advanced understanding of fair housing laws* Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance and construction* Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software.* Be able to provide great customer service to our residents.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong critical thinking skills* RealPage experience preferred
