  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials and resources to agents.
  • Monitor agent feedback and market developments to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to agents on marketing tools, resources, and best practices.


Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry or data analysis role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar programs.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics is preferred but not required.
