About the Client

Our Client leads the charge in delivering top-tier visual display and washroom solutions, ranging from sophisticated cubicles to elegant washroom accessories and decorative surfaces. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, they cater to a diverse client base, including but not limited to architects, interior designers, and specification experts.


Roles/Responsibilities

  • Oversee and expand key account portfolios with a focus on cubicles, washroom paneling, and accessory lines.
  • Partner with Independent Sales Representatives to manage regional key accounts and unlock new business avenues.
  • Align with the National Sales Manager to propel regional and national account strategies, enhancing sales across aftermarket, MRO, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead with vision, setting strategic goals and providing sales training to enhance distributor and field sales performance.
  • Champion strategic sales and business tactics to foster national account growth and market dominance.


Qualifications

  • Solid background in national key account and sales leadership, with a preference for experience in the cubicles, washrooms, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to lead an independent sales representative network, whether at a regional or national scale.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, adept at strategic planning, business management, and achieving growth at a national level.
  • Well-versed in aftermarket, MRO, and e-commerce segments.
  • Extensive experience working with architectural specifications and engaging with professionals in A&D, architecture, and interior design.
