If you are interested in working directly with the CEO and cofounder across three companies have a background in management consulting and are located in Latin America this is the opportunity for you.

We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO who can work on multiple highpriority projects across all three companies to push key initiatives forward.

This is an extremely rare learning opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial ss.

These three businesses are in various stages giving a broad view of what it’s like to run a company. A quickly growing software startup a mature eCommerce brand and a 64yearold auto parts company that was recently purchased and is undergoing a full digital transformation.

To be a great fit for this role you must have:

  • 3 years of management consulting or similar experience. You are an overall “business athlete” who can play well in many areas.
  • A unique combination of “big picture thinking” and extreme attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle many tasks at the same time prioritize effectively and not get overwhelmed.
  • An understanding of the overall strategy for a project and the ability to execute the lowest level of detail required to make it happen.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Extremely high technology fluency. You are extremely fast at learning new applications and have a solid understanding of how these systems function.
  • An extremely high sense of ownership. You consider a task your responsibility until it’s finished even if it’s igned to someone else. You can take on any project in a business and make it happen.
  • Excellent Excel ss. You understand how data should be structured and are fluent at manipulating the data accordingly.
  • The creativity to accomplish a lot with less and a ferocious drive to continuously improve operations
  • The ability to work both quickly and odically. You create tremendous amounts of accurate finished work much faster than other people you work with. You don't leave any "loose ends" when you finish your work..

You’ll be working on the following types of projects:

  • Participating in a full review of the current state of the business and identifying key projects to move forward.
  • Identify KPIs for the business and work with various teams to generate monitor and improve them.
  • Working on strategic essment and financial ysis projects such as a new pricing strategy marketing launch or risk essment.
  • Improving the state of our product data for tens of thousands of products.
  • Embed yourself within a department get trained on the processes and create a plan for improvement.
  • Attending to various corporate tasks such as legal compliance and financial ysis.

A small percentage of your time will also be spent isting the CEO with other tasks that need to be done. They will sometimes be lowlevel tasks but the CEO would be doing them himself if you weren’t helping. So they need to get it done.
